Marilyn Debora achieves success with sustainable results in the organizational development, employee development, customer service and project management fields. Her out of the box approach with standard methodologies, along with her highly interactive style, engages her clients in acquiring new skills and determination empowering them to succeed in our dynamic world.
With over twenty-five years in business management, and a Certified Training Practitioner Designation, her hands-on approach ensures that clients benefit from real-world experience. Marilyn’s formula for success includes developing an infrastructure for sustainable improvement, whereby her clients gain the knowledge and skills to facilitate and transfer their learnings to others. She believes by linking the corporate vision, with the values and competencies, in concert with developing skills and confidence in her clients, they will be able to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Her career began in marketing and progressed through property management, change management, organizational development and employee development before she established Marilyn Debora Management Consulting in 1999. Her company’s goals are to develop and improve organizational, customer service, communications, interpersonal and project management skills.
Marilyn has a strong background with different sized organizations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She has also worked extensively in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. She has a solid understanding of the needs of individuals who are in transition, as well as those on a continuous learning path. Her diverse background provides a clear understanding of the demands and commitment required in the constantly changing workplace.
Marilyn has presented at Project World, Showcase Ontario, The Ontario Hospital Association and the Administrative Professionals Conferences, in Canada and the US.
